A Japanese diplomatic mission, headed by Viscount Ichii, has arrived at a Pacific port en route to Washington. M: de Laval, the Belgian lawyer who defended Nurse Cavell, has arrived at an Atlantic port, to deliver lectures on "German Xaw in Belgium."
