The spy question in Norway has been widely agitated in-view, of the messages, said to be'reaching German submarines giving information as to the movements of Norwegian vessels. It has been asserted that the Germans have established wireless plants at secret places along" the Norwegian coast, as it has been shown that German U-boats have been lying in wait for. Norwegian ships just outside territorial waters, within two hours after the ship had left port. The Norwegian authorities declare the operation of a wireless station is impossible without .their knowledge. Private interests, chief among which are the shipowners, have offered high rewards for the detection of spies
