, GREYMOUTH, 31st July. The deception to. Mr.. Webb to-night was held irr beautiful weather. A large crowd of Labourites at the railway station formed a procession and marched to the Opera House, where a social: was tendered, by the local branch of-the Labour Party.
Many people in town discussed to-day adversely the action of the. Railway .Department in allowing a special train to be run from Dunollie to Greymouth and return.. The critics point out ttiat trains were i-efused for the last race meeting, yet a train. ,was granted for this welcome. '■"''. ' ,
