"THE BIRTH OF A NATION."

Preparations for the special presentation of "The Birth of a Nation" are on a large scale, and' include the engagement of a special orchestra, k choir, (including two fine quartettes), and ifahe importation of the ingenious and startling effects used at the Drury-lane production of the drama. The orchestra is a large one, and has put in several weeks of-rehearsal, under Mr. WynneJones. The musical effects are so emotional in some parts as to be uncanny, and an altogether new conception of film presentation is promised. A great deal of attention is also being paid to the theatre interior, and there are hints at a number of other surprisesl.
