AN ACCIDENT

An accident, which fortuna-tely was not attended with serious results, occurred in Courtenay-plaoo early last evening. While crossing the toiul nea.r the Friendly Societies' Dispensary c man named Patrick Maloney was knocked down by a tram, car and. severely bruised about the body. He also suffered considerably from shock, but after receiving- treatment at the dispensary he was' able to proceed to his home in Riddiford-strect. ■
