GERMANS REPULSED AT LENS
BAD WEATHER FOR FLYING
LONDON, 20th* June.
In his-latest •report Sir Douglas Haig states : We completely repulsed the enemy's fourth counter-attack 1 northwards of the Sbuchez River (west of Lens). The weather was unfavourable for flying yesterday, but. our aeroplanes cooperated with the artillery with good -results. We brought, down two German aeroplanes. There is great reciprocal artillery activity in the region of Mont Tetu and Mont Cornillet, in the Champagne.
