Taking in the Liberal conscriptionists, a majority of 35 in favour of the Conscription Bill is assured. (Received June 9, 3.30 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Bth June. A Toronto telegram asserts that Sir Wilfrid Laurier has resigned from his party. Sir Robert Borden has offered tho Liberal Whip, Mr. Pardee, an office in the War Cabinet.
