RIO DE JANEIRO, 30th May. Congress^ has unanimously agreed to the Bill revoking neutrality, not merely during the German-American War, but for the currency of the war between the Entente and the Central Powers. It authorises the utilisation of German ships interned in the northern, ports of Brazil.
