May The French Socialists harve decided to send delegates to the Stockholm conference in order to explain their attitude to neutrals, but they will have no dealings with the Germans. (Received May 30, 11.10 a.m.) PARIS, 29th May, The Socialist Congress passed a resolution which instructs the delegates to lay before the preparatory conferences at Stockholm the French views for common action in preparing for peace on the principles laid down by the Socialists in the Russian Government.
