MR. MASSEY
HIS SERVICES TO THE EMPIRE. LONDON, 9th May. The British Empire Producers' Association presented Mr. W. F. Massey (Prime Minister of New Zealand) with a silver salver, in recognition! of his services in. the development of the. Empire. Mr. Massey_, in reply, said 1 he did' not desire recognition. He had worked for the unity of the Empire, to which they all belonged. Germany after the (war would fight'to keep all she had obtained, and it would be necessary to use all our own enterprise to meet the new conditions.
