SOCIALISTS' CONFERENCE
INVITATION REFUSED BY BRITAIN AND RUSSIA

The National Executive of the British Labour Party ha'r refused the invitation of the Dutch international Socialists to attend the _ Stockholm Conference, and decided to arrange an Allied Labour and Socialist Conference in London in June, 1918.

PETROGRAD, 10th May. iA conference of Socialists and extremists resolved not to participate in the Stockholm Congress attended by Herr Bjornberg and Dr. Scheidemann, as the former is acting in agreement with the latter, and with other/German Socialists who side with the German Government. • ' ■ .
