ENGLISH PIERROTS.

The English Pie Trots, whose previous visits to this city gained for them a high reputation, will commence a season a.t the Town Hall on Thursday next, 17th' May, and the public will, no doubt, repeat its appreciation and support. Messrs. W. P. Turner and Charles Lawrence are the pivots round which the fun of the English Pierrots works. Miss Elsa Langley is said .to be an exceptionally gifted and dainty comedienne. In Mr. Leslie Austin the Pierrots have, we are told, a most artistic singer, wto never fails to capture his audience. Miss Billie Wilson supplies a special feature in the entertainment by her child impersonations, and Miss Shirley Cooke (pianist) is recognised as an accomplished performer, and her songs a la Margaret Cooper are eminently successful. Messrs. David Lyle (tenor) and Roy Cooke (bass) are credited with being vocalists of rare attainments.
