THE National Efficiency Board hereby notifies that, in pursuanoe of the powers conferred upon it by an Order in Council dated the 27th February, 1917, it is proposed to hold. an Enquiry at its Office, 38, The Terrace, Wellington, commencing on WEDNESDAY, 23rd May, 1917, at 2.30 p.m., to receive such evidence as may be- tendered bearingl upon the advisableness of the Restriction, Continuance, or Abolition, during War conditions, of the vending of Wine, Beer, and Spirits. .
