(ACETRAiIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLI (Received April 28, 8.20 a.in.) LONDON, 27th April. The High Commissioner for the Commonwealth (Mr. A. Fisher) has received advices that Turkey permits parcels to be sent to prisoners' of war in Turkey.
