While the council desires to see the resumption -of the full tramway service as soon ,as possible, this cannot •be arranged-'for-'just-yet, owing to the coal supplies for the tramway powerhouse having been depleted to a greater extent than those for the lighting station. Directly a satisfactory position has been attained, however, the usual service will bo resumed.
