DISCREDITABLE CONDITIONS
In the opinion .of .the Wellington Education Board the teaching condition at the technical School have now^ become positively discreditable, and, frl the interests of healthy boyhood and girlhood, should be improved at once. The board urges, as a preliminary step, an immediate settlement 6T the question of site on the 'basis of its recommendation. The design can then "oe developed for execution at the end of tho -war.
