WELLINGTON SOUTH CLUB.
This club's championship tourney was advanced a further stage last Thursday, when G. P. Anderson scored from Welton (this being the latter's first loss). Purchas won from Berry, and A: Clark I from Harper. Mr. Welton's reverse has made it possible for any one of the folowing five players to win the club's championship for 1917: — Won. Lost. To play.
