MILK SAMPLES
Reporting to the Public. Health Committee of the City Council regarding milk samples, the Dominion Analysk said that of 119 samples taken 97 complied with the Act. The 22 which diS not comply with the Act were classified as follow:—Low fat, 2; deficient m , other solids, 2; added preservative, 1; unsatisfactory, 1; not fresh, 15; slimy, 1. In seven, cases prosecutions were ordered, in 13 warnings given, and two cases were held over for investigation*
