Commencing on Tuesday next, the Government offices in Wellington, will commence work at 8.30 a.m. and close 'at 4.30 p.m., instead of the usual hours —9~t0' k57~ 'No" overKmV wilFbe "worEST" between-.4,30 p.m., and ,7.. 15 .p.m., .if.it. will entail the use of electric light. The Institute of Architects notifies that architects' offices will comply with the Mayor's request by closing at 4.30 p.m.
