Ramsay wa* ordered to pay Pyrene Manufacturing Co. £8 5s 6d by Ist May, of serve seven day* in gaol. Mr. L. G. Reid, S.M., reserved judgment in the case of D. Milligari v. Fredtrick Charles Faber, a claim for £13 16s, for the supply of two suite. Mr. H. E. Anderson appeared for the plaintiff and Mr. G. G. G. Watson for defendant.
