LONDON, 16th April.

■The Colonial Institute, the Empire League, and the Wctoria League will give a joint reception in honour of the overseas delegates at the Imperial Institute on Tuesday. The address of welcome says that their many deeds on the battlefields prove to the world that in fighting ' and in death, the sons of the Empire are not divided, while the presence of the overseas statesmen equally proves that their councils are not divided.
