Affidavits by the latter stated? that Temperley admitted personally copy-. ing the Sydney Surfs cables for trans-, mission to a certain paper. A recent employee of the defendant association -. ■ alleged that personally he heard Temperley direct employees to copy the 1- •■■ Sun's cables and transmit them to other papers.
