QUEEN'S THEATRE.
The "Maid of Orleans" has her modern counterparts, and the memory of her girlish heroism is perpetuated in the graphic picture "Joan of Arc of Loos," which heads the programme at the Queen's Theatre torday. The. story is that of a girl whq actively took part in the fighting at the French front v and, whilst founded on historical fact and embellished with many exciting battle incidents; it has been -woven into an elaborate story with a strong love interest. The Pathe. Gazette and a further instalment of, that exciting serial "Peg o' the Ring" are also included in the programme, along with other films.
