HOME RULE
PROPOSAL FOR A CONFERENCE.
(PUBLISHED IN THE TIMES.)
LONDON, 13th April. -The Irish Conference Committee suggested to Mr. <H. E. Duke (Chief Secretary) that the Government should issue invitations to all parties for a Home Rule Conference.
Mr. Duke's reply was sympathetic, but non-committal. '■ '
