PETROGRAD, 13th April,
A captured German army order, recalling officers' leave, is regarded as an indication that a German offensive is imminent against the junction of the Russian northern and western fronts.
As the result of the exceptional snow in winter, the rivers of Southern Russia are flooded, threatening towns and villages with disastei 1.
