. PARIS, 13th April. General Sarrail's proclamation was di'opped in the Bulgarian lines owing to information being received of anti-German demonstrations by the Bulgarian garrison. The proclamation stated that a revolt had broken out, especially in Sofia, where the troops and people had riven against German^ tyranny. German platoons/ were traversing the streets, firing on the inhabitants. It also mentions America's action, and invites the Bulgarians to emulate the Bus- —. giaog.
