SAFE CONDUCT

The Danish Government has asked Germany for safe, conduct for 1000 Norwegian mariners (survivors from ships which have been sunk by^ submarines) from England, \ - , Germany has replied that she will only consent on Norway guaranteeing that none of them will re-enter the danger zone.
