AMSTERDAM, 12th Ajjril. Reports from the Dutch frontier state that there has been renewed rioting at Barmen and Elberfeld. ; Shops_ were damaged, and the towa, hall windows smashed.

The Vorwaertg states that new regulations will come into operation on the 15th reducing the bread ration, and thus causing increasing tension. It urges patience till the harvest comes in.
