The ra.tes of postage for parcels addressed to soldiers arid nurses of Brjtiah, New Zealand, Australian, or other colonial or allied troops on active service in any part of the world (including members of . New Zealand Volunteer Sisterhood) are —
. .^~ . . . x . . -c. d. For parcels not exceeding 31b 1 0 „' ■ „ „ 71b 2 0 These .rates also apply to parcels , addressed to New Zealand sailors on board any of H.M. ships manned by New Zealand crews. i
The maximum weight for parcels under the regulation is 71b.
Parcels for soldiers, sailors, etc., on active service cannot be registered or insured. •■■■.•
