Lieut-Colonel F. J. Courtney will be in charge of the instruction. The officers themselves will form ,:'the gun detachments, the- battery ■ commander's staff, and range-finding detachment. The shooting is being held as the' concluding test of a course of instructional lept'ure3 delivered during ..week-end camps that have been in,progress for spme time past.
