R, Allan took four wickets in succession. Boys' Institute won by an innipgs and 70 runs. Boys' Institute B team won by default from St. Patrick's College. Athletic beat Boys' Institute' C .team by an innings and 70 runs. Third Grade.' Boys' Institute Old Boys, 84 and 102 for three wickets (Mence 54, M'Farlane 16, Ward 17, Bell 13 not out). 'Wellington College B, 83 and 58 (Lamb nine for 37, Ward seven for 45). Boys' Institute Old Boys won by seven wickets and 45 runs. ; Senior Boys. Boys' Institute, 31 and 61 (J. Smith 41 not out). Hutt, 90 and two for 5 (Sclater 32, Baumber 16, Grierson 15). Hutt .won by eight wickets. Thorndon, 173 (O'Neill 90, Stanton 19, Morgan 18, Sisson 14). V.M.C.A., 20 and 61 (Bennett 30, Young not out 15). Bowling for Thorndon, Morgan took five wickets for nine runs, and six for 31; Bramley, three for 11, and two for 23; for V.M.C.A., Young took four for 5, and Tucker four for 63. Thorndon won by an innings and 92 runs,
