LONDON, 20th February. The Army Council has adopted a scheme for substituting women for men where possible in Army, work in France and England. It has established a, new branch in Piccadilly, where candidates are selected and enrolled. Already 30,000 British women ar© in France na waitresses, cooks, and motor-drivers.,
