The- business we refer to is that of Mr. E. J. Eton, who has. attained a prominent position among the leading commercial, men of the town. His largo establishment on. Queen-street manifests many features of. artistic appointment, and it would b« inconsistent with its general tone not to expect anything but the finest quality of goods to emanate therefrom. Mr. Eton's efforts to exemplify the highest phases oi his avocation are shown in his careful selection of the best drugs, chemicals, ' perfumes, cosmetics, toilet requisites, , photographic goods, and other articles usually associated with such an emporium. Special attention is devoted to the dispensing department, -so■• that customers may place the utmost confidence on tho accuracy of all doctors' and other prescriptions made up here. The business is the oldest established one of its' kind in the district,' having been in existence over - thirty. years, and for many years was ably conducted by the present proprietor's late father. Mr. Eton is the sole proprietor and manufacturer of the celebrated cough cures known "■ as, Eton's -Cough. ■ Liner tvs and Cough Emulsion and Eton's Little Liver Pills.
