SOLDIERS' WILLS
ORAL STATEMENT ACCEPTED.
LONDON, 19th December. Mr. Justice Shearman, in the Probate Court, pronounced in favour of- a will made by word of mouth by Lieut. Wardrop, who was killed iif France in August. He told a brother officer that if be were killed he wished all his property to go to his wife, whom he married in May.
