... As anticipated, Wellington City failed "j,o make up. its quota for the 22nd Reinforcements and 25th n.c.o.'s, who were due-.in; camp to-day. Only 18 men were sent." in this morning, • and a further 13 '.this afternoon, leaving another 12 yeb td be made 'up. The names of those who went into camp this morning are: — ,iT. Wilson (n.co.), J. ■■ The City, in common with other districts, has been given until Ist November to make up the balance required. ;i It is pointed out that men who go into camp now or with the 23rd Reinforcements will have the special advantage of getting their extended leave at Christmas time, whereas those enlisting -for later drafts will not.
