THREE TOWNS CAPTURED
RUMANIANS RETIRE UNDER PRESSURE
(Received October' 25, H a.m.) LONDON, 24th October. A Russian communique states : Under pressure,' the Rumanians have retired from the heights north of Constanza and Medjidie. The enemy occiipied both towns. (Received October 25, 11 a.m.) BUCHAREST, 24th October. It is reported that the enemy will take little booty at Constanza. The evacuation was decided upon some time ago. The Kaiser has congratulated Tsar Ferdinand of Bulgaria. (Received October 25, 11 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, 24th Ocfobar. A Bulgarian .communique states : Our cavalry entered Constanza od Sunday afternoon. Detachments occupied Islismetope, ten miles north-west of Constanza, in the evening; also the village of Alagapa, near the railway. (Received October 25, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 24th October. A German official message state*:: We ha-ve captured R*tsova (ten miles south of Chernavoda).
