A Bulgarian .communique states : Our cavalry entered Constanza od Sunday afternoon. Detachments occupied Islismetope, ten miles north-west of Constanza, in the evening; also the village of Alagapa, near the railway. (Received October 25, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 24th October. A German official message state*:: We ha-ve captured R*tsova (ten miles south of Chernavoda).
