ENEMY GARRISONS WITHDRAWN,

LONDON, 26th September. A German communique states: The Rumanians captured lioights on the frontier astride the ridge between tho Szurdak and Vulcan passes. The garrisons in the passes repulsed all attacks, but wero withdrawn.
