FATHERS IN THE TRENCHES
PROPOSED MEASURE OF RELIEF
(RBUTER'S TELEGRAM.) - (Received September 27, 1 p.m.) PARIS, 26th September. A committee of the French Chamber of Deputies has passed a resolution demanding that young men in factories, without families, should be replaced by the fathers of big families who are now in the firing line.
