FRENCH WAR CREDITS
THE SOCIALIST ATTITUDE,
PARIS, 25rd September
The Chamber of Deputies voted the provisional war credits by 448 votes to 4. The vote was supported by the United Socialist party, its spokesmen*explaining .that not a single Socialist would accept a peace which would leave France mutilated.
