TO CRUSH RUMANIA
FIFTY-ONE DIVISIONS COLLECTED.
PETROGRAD, 22nd September. It is believed that Yon Hindenburg has collected thirty divisions from the French, Russian, and Italian fronts, and has added fourteen Bulgarian and seven Turkish divisions. With this force he hopes to crush Rumania. The success of the scheme depends upon ( the offensives on the Somme, Galicia, and Isonzo fronts coming to a. speedy standstill.
