THE KAVALA GARRISON
GERMANY'S CONDITION FOR, REPATRIATION.

AMSTERDAM, 24th September. Germany, replying to the Geek Note, says she is willing, on principle, to repatriate the Kavala troops under a guarantee that they will not be punished lor their neutrality or exiled by the Entente.
ATHENS, 24th September. The demand-mado by Greece on Germany for the return of the Kavala troops is not regarded in well-informed circles as a serious step. It is considered that it is a mere protest to calm the public excitement.
