OTAKI, This Day, Two cases of special interest to farmers of th.B Dominion arising out of a recentprosecution will be heard in the Wellington Supreme Court on Tuesday next, when E. Demey, farmer, of Te Horo, seeks to recover £2fXp and £501 damages from P. A. Gillies and R. Harkness respectively.
