A wireless message states that Baron Burian de E.ajecs is resigning from the Austrian Ministry ,for Foreign Affairs, and that he will be succeeded by Count Andrassy.

[A cable message from London yesterday staled :—The Daily Telegraph's Milan correspondent says that it is believed that the outcome of the\ mission of Herr yon Bethmann-Hojlweg (German Imperial Chancellor) and Herr yon J-agow (Foreign Minister) to "Vienna will be that Count Andrassy will succeed Ba,ron Burian de Rajees as Austrian Foreign Minister. The former is intensely Germanophile, and this change will signify a closer Austro-German union.]
