GERMAN CONTRABAND LIST
NEUTRALS PROTEST AGAINST STOPPAGE OF BALTIC TRADE.
(Received August 16, 11.50 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, 15th August. Denmark, Norway, and Sweden have informally protested to Germany against a new declaration, in which Germany declares contraband nearly all the goods transported, across tho Baltic.
