LONDON, 15th August.

In the House of Lords, the Marquis of Crewe said that since Germany promised America not to sink ships without warning four British and three neutral vessels, and altogether forty-sis lives, had been lost. This was a clear violation of the undertaking. There were other cases where a breach of the undertaking was highly probable, but of which there was not definite proof.
