THWAITES.—In loving memory of Richard Th-waites, who died of wounds received at Gallipoli on the 29th June, 1915. Por duty and his country's call. He -went both true and brave. Upon the battlefield to fall, And fill a soldier's grave.
Far away from all who loved him, \ Soldiers gently laid him to rest; ) In a far away grave he is sleeping, One of God's brightest and best. Inserted by his loving mother, sisters, and brothers, and his two children.
HESKETH.—In loving memory of C. H. Hesketh, who departed this life on the 29tU June, 1312. I think of him in silence When no eyes can see me weep; Many a silent tear I shed While others are fast asleep.
