Thomson, of Petone, Killed in action in France, 17th June, aged 24 .cars; deeply regretted. 0 VEREND.—On the .th June, 1910, died of wounds in France. William Thomas Ov.rend, eldest son of William Overend,. No. 305, Railway-road. Hastings; aged 21 years. SMITH.—On the lGth June, at his late residence, 123, Thorndon-quay, .lames Eman Smith, Under-Secretary for Immigration, and fourth son of the late Captain Smith, 41st Regiment. FEXDALL.—On the 33rd June, at his residence, Waterloo-road, Lower Hutt, Charles Donald Fendall; aged o9 years. At rest. Private interment. ANDERSON.—On the 24th June, 1910, at •'Craigmiller," Duncan-terrace, Kilhirnie, Caroline, relict of the late Henry Anderson, in her 77th year.
