LONDON, 16th June.

Professor Rubner, of Berlin, warns Germany that henceforth meat supplies will steadily decrease. Meat could be replaced by four eggs or seven plates of spinach daily, but there are no eggs and little spinach. A pound and a half of apples is not bad, but there are not enough supplies. He scolds Germans for ealing fat, which he says is merely a bad habit.
