SYDNEY, 25th April.
'A fire gutted the three" top floors of Penfold's Buildings in PH.t-street, occupied by Penfolds (printers), and numbers of other tenants, and also Messrs. Thompson's premises (tailors), adjoining. The damage is estimated to be in the vicinity of £30,000.
