A. casualty list issued at noon to-day reported 2 men died of disease, and 8 either declared dead, killed in •action, or supposed dead as the results of Courts of Enquiry. The list is as under :— DIED OF DISEASE. Died of Peritonitis and Appendicitis, 17th April Crabb, Joseph Benedict, Cpl. (Mrs. R. S. M'Aulay, Rosewood, "Elsthorpe, I Hawlces Bay) ! Died of Bronchial Pneumonia, 15th April. Tobin, Michael, Spr. (W. tobin, Public Works Department, Tauranga, brother) , NOW DECLARED DEAD. Previously reported missing since Bth August; now declared dead, result of Court of Enquiry. Alker, Edward, Tpr. (R. Alker, Glenmassey, Waikato, brother) SUPPOSED DEAD. Reasonable to suppose dead, 9th August, 1915; result of Court of Enquiry. M'William, William Robertson, Tpr. (Mrs. S M'William, No. 2 Line, Wangamii, sister) • KILLED IN ACTION Previously reported missing, now report--1 ed killed in action, 27th August, 1915; result of Court of Enquiry. Gentil, Cedric, Tpr. (A. H ' GentU, Devonport, Auckland, father) Monk, John Leslie, Tpr. (A. G. Monk, Anaroa, Pukehou, Hawkes Bay, father) Philp, Horace, Tpr. (J. S. Philp, 166, Cuba-street, Wellington, brother) Wilson, Charles Sawyer, Tpr. (Mrs. E. Wilson, Grange House, Forest Gate, London, mother) Previously reported wounded and missing, now reported killed in action ; result of Court of Enquiry. Grant, John M'Pherson, L.-Cpl. (Mrs. C.
